Carmela Porter is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified County, Family, Dependency and Circuit Civil Mediator. Carmela is the founder and director of Mediations Plus, Inc. of Pensacola, Florida. Mediations Plus, Inc. has been conducting business in the Escambia/Santa Rosa/Okaloosa County areas for over 20 years, and provides mediation and arbitration services to the Department of Juvenile Justice, State Attorney, Family, Dependency, Personal Injury, and other Civil mediations.
Carmela holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Shepherd College, Shepherdstown, West Virginia, and a Master of Arts Degree from George Washington University, Washington D.C. In addition to running a successful mediation firm, Carmela has also established a distinguished career in social services and health care administration.
Carmela is a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, is a Diplomate member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Certified in Collaborative Law and has served on the Supreme Court of Florida Mediator Qualifications Board. Carmela has mediated over 6,000 cases.
Craig attended and completed law school at Cumberland School of Law and earned an MBA at George Washington University. To date, Craig Vigodsky has practiced law in Florida for more than 17 years. In his work, he represents clients in family law, criminal defense and domestic violence matters.
Previously, Mr. Vigodsky served as a prosecutor for the state of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association. Craig is a certified family mediator.
Tim has been practicing Florida family law for over 25 years. Tim has served as a Domestic Relations Court magistrate where he presided over thousands of hearings affecting the lives of husbands, wives, fathers, mothers and their children.
Tim’s areas of practice include adoption, divorce, divorce involving military members, establishment of paternity, child support, alimony (spousal support), parental rights, parental time sharing and relocation, domestic violence protection orders and pre-marital agreements. Tim is a certified family mediator.
